The U.S. Department of State released the October 2025 Visa Bulletin, introducing notable retrogressions in employment-based categories, maintaining current status for EB-5 set-aside visas, and launching Diversity Visa allocations for DV-2026
USCIS Filing Guidance
- Employment-based applicants must use the Final Action Dates chart.
- Family-sponsored applicants may use the Dates for Filing chart.
Applicants should check their priority date against the relevant chart to determine eligibility to file Form I-485.
