Malaysia’s ESD Online Interview Upgrade
Malaysia will introduce an enhanced online company interview function within the Expatriate Services Division (ESD) Online system starting 6 August 2025.
This update will centralize interview notifications, allowing companies to receive clear instructions directly through the portal.
It also improves scheduling flexibility by enabling users to select the earliest available interview slot when rescheduling.
Additionally, the system will provide detailed guidance on any supporting documentation required for EP and PVP applications. These changes aim to create a more transparent, efficient and user-friendly experience aligned with Malaysia’s immigration framework.
