China Launches Digital Entry Submission System

  • China announced that, starting 20 November 2025, foreign nationals can pre-submit entry information online via official platforms 

China Entry Permissions  

China announced that, starting 20 November 2025, foreign nationals can complete their Arrival Card electronically before entering the country. Travelers may submit their information through: 

  • The National Immigration Administration (NIA) website; 
  • China’s Government Service Platform; 
  •  The “NIA 12367” mobile app; or 
  •  WeChat and Alipay mini programs via QR code.  

Mobile users can also scan a QR code to access the form. Those who do not submit in advance may complete the process upon arrival using self-service kiosks or paper forms.
