Revised I-129 Form for Nonimmigrant Workers

On January 17, 2025, USCIS released a revised edition of Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker. On this date, USCIS will only accept Form I-129 forms with the new edition of January 17, 2025. 

Form I-129 News  

USCIS released a revised Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, incorporating changes from the H-1B and H-2 modernization final rules. This new form replaces the April 1, 2024 edition. Starting January 17, 2025, USCIS will only accept Form I-129 with the January 17, 2025 edition date. There is no grace period for this change. The new form is available on the USCIS website.
