Hong Kong to Increase Immigration Service Fees Starting September 2025

Key Point  

  • Hong Kong will revise fees for select immigration service fees beginning 8 September 2025, with increases ranging from 3% to 51% 

Fee Adjustment Overview 

Hong Kong will implement revised fees for various services beginning 8 September 2025. These new fees will apply to the following: 

  • Visa and entry permit applications 
  • Travel documents (e.g., HKSAR passports, APEC Business Travel Cards) 
  • Delivery services for documents sent outside Hong Kong 

The adjustments are based on cost recovery principles and aim to align fees more closely with service delivery costs.

Ordinary Visa  230  330 
Transit Visa  120  170 
HKSAR Passport (32 pages, age 16+)  370  430
