Hong Kong to Increase Immigration Service Fees Starting September 2025

Fee Adjustment Overview
Hong Kong will implement revised fees for various services beginning 8 September 2025. These new fees will apply to the following:
- Visa and entry permit applications
- Travel documents (e.g., HKSAR passports, APEC Business Travel Cards)
- Delivery services for documents sent outside Hong Kong
The adjustments are based on cost recovery principles and aim to align fees more closely with service delivery costs.
