Previously, she represented large organizations and start-ups in various aspects of employment-based immigration, including labor certifications, nonimmigrant visas (H-1B, E-2, E-3, L, O, and TN), petitions for alien workers, adjustment of status applications, and re-entry permits and naturalizations. Additionally, Julieta has vast experience in family-based immigration and humanitarian applications and deportation defense before EOIR.
