With prior experience as an associate attorney at Ogletree Deakins, Jordan advised domestic and international businesses, devising immigration strategies to achieve their growth objectives.

Julieta Grinffiel

Managing Attorney

Julieta is a Senior Attorney at Corporate Immigration Partners’ Dallas office, and holds Board Certification in Immigration and Nationality Law from the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Throughout her career, Julieta has been dedicated to immigration law practice. Previously, she represented large organizations and start-ups in various aspects of employment-based immigration, including labor certifications, nonimmigrant visas (H-1B, E-2, E-3, L, O, and TN), petitions for alien workers, adjustment of status applications, and re-entry permits and naturalizations. Additionally, Julieta has vast experience in family-based immigration and humanitarian applications and deportation defense before EOIR.
