Former Upright Law and Orbitz exec brings more than a decade of operations and strategy experience to lead service delivery and global business.

Chicago, IL – January 17, 2018 –Envoy, the technology leader in global immigration and workforce mobility, announced today that Manu S. Sivanandam will be joining the company as its new Chief Operating Officer. Sivanandam joins Envoy with more than 15 years of operations, strategy and marketing experience.

In this role, Sivanandam will oversee Envoy’s service delivery, which streamlines and centralizes the process of securing global work authorization and managing talent mobility for companies around the world. Sivanandam’s responsibilities will include managing relationships with Envoy-affiliated service providers, growing global service delivery, and continuing to evolve Envoy’s offerings for its customers.

Prior to assuming the COO role at Envoy, Sivanandam served as vice president of marketing and strategy at Upright Law, a leading tech-enabled legal services provider focused on bankruptcy, and vice president of customer marketing and business operations at Orbitz Worldwide. He was also a consultant at McKinsey & Company. Sivanandam holds a MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Cambridge University.
