Greg Liegel
Greg Liegel serves as Vice President of Product for Envoy Global, where he leads the product management, design and learning & development teams. In this role, Liegel is responsible for designing and leading the implementation of product strategies to dramatically improve and streamline the complex immigration process.
Liegel has more than 14 years of experience in various product roles. Prior to joining Envoy Global, Liegel co-founded a predictive analytics startup to provide product and service recommendations to help people manage their to-do lists. He started his career at Yahoo! Germany, where he held senior product roles, including leading the shopping vertical for Yahoo! Germany. He also led travel for Yahoo! Europe, launching one of the first content and e-commerce travel platforms localized for six European markets.
Liegel earned an M.A./Ph.D. in Sociology from the University of Chicago. His research focused on technology strategy, organizational change and high-skilled labor markets, including a dissertation that examined the legal services industry and its role in shaping high-tech labor markets. He also holds a B.A. in History & German from Boston College and was the recipient of a Fulbright Fellowship.
