Florent Frapolli
Florent serves as President for global visas and consular services. In his role, he is responsible for leading the Envoy Global business visa and consular services team through an exciting period of organic and inorganic growth as well as footprint expansion.
Florent has over 20 years of experience in leading international businesses in a B2B market environment,
Prior to joining Envoy Global, Florent held different leadership positions including being EVP EMEA for CIBT, one of the leading global provider of immigration and visa services for corporations with over 1,600 expert immigration and visa professionals, attorneys and qualified migration consultants.
He also served as Managing Director in the airlines/airport security business as well as in one of the world’s leading company in the inflight entertainment and digital content to the airlines industry where he led the expansion in Europe and South America.
Florent also worked for Iron Mountain where he was appointed to lead in Western and Central Europe a series of operational excellence projects aiming at increasing profitability as well as driving integration, harmonizing procedures and standards, and developing best practices.
Florent believes that Global Mobility helps to create a future where individuals, ideas and cultures flow seamlessly across borders fostering global progress.
Outside of work, he focuses his time and energy in supporting a small French charity helping and supporting children with cancer.
Florent is graduated from the University of Provence (France).
