As vice president of sales, Gretchen Keefner brings to Envoy more than a decade of experience in the human resources industry as well as a deep understanding of building and managing consultative sales teams.
Prior to joining Envoy, Keefner held numerous roles of increasing responsibility at CareerBuilder, working to deliver human capital data and technology to hundreds of organizations. Most recently, she served as director of major markets for its health care division, where she was responsible for partnering with the top 450 health care organizations in the United States to decrease costs and improve patient care.
Previously, Keefner served as director of national accounts for CareerBuilder’s staffing and recruiting group. She was involved in the development of advanced solutions for the 50 largest staffing firms in the United States.
Keefner is a candidate to receive a master’s degree in business administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. She received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Illinois Wesleyan University.
