Beta Mobile App Delivery

Envoy’s first mobile app for iOS and Android has officially launched in beta. In fact, we had over 150 volunteers enroll within 48 hours to test our beta mobile app.

This app is intended for individual employees. We are currently testing these features:

  • Communication Center with notifications for new messages
  • Document Library Viewer for easy access while on-the-go
  • Location Tracker for compliance and travel logging

This month, beta testers will see document enhancements to active cases (uploading, filtering, visual improvements), push notifications for new document upload requests, and badge notifications for unread messages and upload requests.

Case Notifications Improvements

Through data analysis, user feedback and stakeholder interviews, we know our case notifications and subsequent landing pages could be enhanced. An improvement in these areas should lessen unnecessary communication back and forth, ultimately speeding case progression and reducing our customer’s anxiety.

Stay tuned for more product updates, information and new releases.
