Filling out the online questionnaire is the first step of the visa application process with Envoy. There is a section for you, and a section for your employer. In order for the law firm to have access to a case, the whole questionnaire must be completed and submitted.
The information you provide in your questionnaire will allow the attorneys to assess your case, update the list of documents needed, and prepare the government forms. Each questionnaire is tailored to a specific case type, but will save all the relevant information you have provided and apply it to other cases.
While filling out the questionnaire, you’ll have the option to upload supporting documents. You can do so by clicking on the cloud icon.
If you need help while working on the questionnaire, click on the blue information icons. These will show you help text and give you an option to post a message to the attorneys.
At any point in the questionnaire, you can click on the “Review your progress” link at the bottom of each page. This will let you know how many questions you have left!
Once the questionnaire is complete, it needs to be submitted for Attorney Review. This is when the attorneys will begin working on the case.
